Himachal Pradesh -People are generally non-vegetarian and use meat,lentils,rice but lentils in all their meals.Some of the favorite dishes are Mani,Mandra,Palda,Redu,Bhajeri and Sesame Chutney.. Channa Madra and Shashpati Sabzi are the joys of dinner.

Uttarakhand-Kafuli,Chainsoo,Phanu,Kumaoni Raita and Bhaang ki Chutney are the scrumptious food that represents the tradition.

Punjab-It makes way with maize bread and mustard greens called "Sarso da saag and Makke Di Roti".

Gujarat -It has breakfast for every hour of the day. Most of the Gujratis are vegetarian. Their  popular foods are Dhokla, Fafda, Khakra and Muthia and Khandvi. The Gujarati thali includes roti, rice, dal or kadhi, vegetables and homemade pickles. Mohanathal is also a popular Gujarati dessert.

Bihar-Some of the popular dishes are Litti-Chokha,Chicken Masala,Sattu Paratha and Fish Curry.

West Bengal-It brings fish to its traditional eats.Some of their popular food are Aloo Posto,Ilish Macher Jhol,Shukto,Mutton Biryani,Aloor Dom,Luchi,Cholar Dal,Lau Ghonto,Fish Ghonto,Mishti Doi and Rasgulla.

Assam -Its food has a different taste.Rice with fish,yogurt,lentils,vegetables,duck meat,chicken, pigeon and pork are their staple food.Spinach khar is extremely popular.

Arunachal Pradesh-People are purely non-vegetarians but their cuisine varies from tribal to tribe. Their main food  is rice with fish, meat ,bamboo shoot and many other dishes of green vegetable. 

Meghalaya- The popular dishes are nakham bichi,dokhlih,momos,tung-rimbai and spicy bamboo shoots.

Manipur- Some of their popular dishes are Chamthong or Kangshoi,Eromba,Morok Mepta,Shigju and Paknam.

Tripura-The traditional cuisine of Tripura is Mui Borok.,fish stew,meat roast and almost every dish that they have includes bamboo shoots.

Mizoram-People are ranked at their best with fish.They are rice eaters and like to add non-vegetarian ingredients to every dish.

Nagaland -Boiled vegetables,fish or meat(either dried with bamboo sprouts or pork) is what Naga loves. Their food is very spicy. Their popular foods are sliced bamboo shoots,Axone,Anisi,fermented dry fish and Akini.

Chhattisgarh-A region where all sweetness begins. Some popular dishes are Muthia(dumplings), Cheela(pancake)and Sabudana khichdi(Tapioca).Pitha is the most favorite dessert.

Goa-The most popular tourist port of call in India is famous for Goan fish curry.It is along the coastal belt so fish and chicken based dishes are used prominently.Seafood lovers would find spread of prawns,crabs,shrimp,mackerel,tuna and salmon.

Kerala-This state known as"God's Own Country"have natives who traditionally prefer serving and eating food on banana leaves.Some of the popular dishes are Idli,Dosa,Appam,Idiyappam and Pathiri. Here you will find  varieties of Sambar and Rasam.

Odisha -Odisha is known as"The land of Lord Jagannath".Food is strongly influenced by Jagannath temple.Odisha gave the first rasgulla to this world.Pancakes,green salad,curries and lentils is their famous food.

Andhra Pradesh-Hyderabad Biryani is an essential in Andhra Pradesh.Its food includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.Some famous dishes are idli,dosa,sambar,upma,curd rice and various curries.
